News - Rosebowl Inter-club Competition - Round 2

Round 2 of the Rosebowl competition was hosted by Hemel Hempstead PS on 16 Jan 2012 and judged by Alan Colegrave. SMR attended on behalf of New City.

There was a good selection of images with strong entries from all four teams. The competition was very tight but New City eventually came out on top with 260 points, followed by XRR (256), St Albans (255) and Hemel (252).

The New City entry included images from Chris Bourne, Simon Raynor, Stephen Miller, Darren Ackers, Sheila Allsop, Colin Mill, Neil Schofield, Tony Crabtree, Geoff Einon, Jon Anderson and Bruce Williams. The highest scoring images for New City were "Mama" (Neil S), "Emotional" (Stephen M) and "Dark Look" (Jon A) with 19 points each.

We now have seven points from the first two rounds and if we do well in the final round, which we are hosting on 9 February, we will be in with a very good chance of making it through to the final.
